Resolved, This house regrets leaving the farm

On August 22, 2023, the Union debated the rise of technology and whether our contemporary usage of it yields more harm than good.

Some key arguments included the increased economic prosperity that technology has afforded society. Though it does yield some negative effects through heightened social media use for youth, the benefits of our usage of technology far exceed its drawbacks.

After the minds of some were changed, the Union voted against the resolution in a unanimous vote, and it carried.
